30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@professionalbroadcastcamera.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@professionalbroadcastcamera.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured equipment and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping for defective items is covered by us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
